Shipping Policies
At R-Botix Innovity Pvt Ltd, we take pride in ensuring the swift and secure delivery of your orders. To achieve this, we collaborate with reputable courier agencies. While our goal is to ship all items in your order together, there may be instances where this is not feasible due to product characteristics or availability. In such cases, we will notify you before proceeding.
If you receive a product that appears to be in poor condition or if the packaging is damaged or tampered with, please refrain from accepting the delivery. Instead, Contact Us immediately, mentioning your order reference number. We will make every effort to arrange for a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
You can conveniently track the shipping status of your order on our website by visiting the "Track your Order" section. Please note that all items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice that complies with Indian Tax Regulations, indicating the price.
Shipping Partners
We primarily utilize trusted shipping partners such as BLUEDART and DELHIVERY for delivering your products. In special cases or remote locations where our regular shipping partners do not offer coverage or have provided inadequate service, we can arrange shipments through EMS Speed Post upon request. However, please note that we cannot guarantee compliance with this request due to the verification process conducted by the post office. If they suspect potential damage to the item, they may decline to accept the shipment.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We make every effort to ship your order within the same day of purchase, with 99% of our orders dispatched within 24 hours. Our shipping operations are active on weekdays from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped the following business day.
Orders received before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day, except for Sundays and public holidays. Shipments via BlueDart, if created before 2:00 PM, will be collected on the same day. Otherwise, they will be picked up on the next working day.
While we strive for a delivery time of 3-7 days to any location in India, please be aware that delivery times may vary due to the methods and transit processes employed by each shipping company. We recommend planning your order with enough time to account for potential delivery delays, rather than relying on last-minute orders.
Guarantee/Warranty
All items are delivered with standard warranties (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect customers from manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us within this specified duration from the date of shipment if you receive a defective product. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges and returns, which will be reimbursed once the product defect is verified. We will replace or repair damaged products at no cost, including prepaid shipping. If we do not have the product in stock for replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Please note that no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or any form of alteration.
Please be aware that shipping costs, including the cost of returning items, cannot be refunded.
100% Refund/Replacement
We are committed to providing accurate descriptions and high-quality products as presented on our website. To safeguard customers against shipping damage, item mismatches, or missing parts, we offer a 2-day window (from the date of order delivery) for reporting complaints. Kindly raise a ticket on our website's support page to report any issues. Our technical team will visually verify the submitted details and issue an TICKET number for the return of the item. Upon receiving the product, our experts will confirm the reported issue and send replacement items at no extra cost, with shipping covered by us. In cases where we do not have the product in stock for replacement, a 100% refund will be issued. It's important to note that no warranty will apply if the product has been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or any form of soldering or alteration.
Please be aware that due to the nature of the products we offer and our strict quality policy, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations and returns without a valid reason. RBOTIX INNOVITY reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
Shipping Cost Non-Refundable
It's important to note that shipping costs, including the cost of returning items, cannot be refunded.
Cancelling An Order
If you wish to cancel your order or update the shipping address, please contact us by email. Our Customer Service team will respond within one business day regarding your request. It's important to note that only orders in the "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status can be altered or cancelled. Once an order has progressed to a different status, it cannot be modified or cancelled. In some cases, order cancellations may incur a 5% bank charge, depending on the payment method used. This is because many payment gateway providers collect their commission even if the order is cancelled and refunded.
Return Guidelines
Once we confirm that the faulty item cannot be repaired by the customer or via Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue an TICKET Number. Please clearly mention this number on the shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (product package). Defective, unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list included with your shipment.
Limits Of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Proper electrical polarity must be observed when connecting electrical components.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These terms of service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of RBOTIX INNOVITY.
